One thing I did differently than a bleach and re-dye. If you get hair relaxer, the kind for frizzy hair. There is a study online it is the most effective way to rid toxin from the hair. It engorges the cuticle and the product pushes it out. 1 treatment was shown to reduce toxin levels by 30-100%.
If you do the relaxer, it does do a number on your hair, but if your good about conditioning straight hair is a better option then a bleach Re/dye head. Both work but one saves you the explanation of why your hair is now a bizarre color.
I did 15 macujo washes, 4 relaxers, and zydoc deep cleanse the day of.
I went Over board I didn’t need near that much based on my intake but I wasn’t about to chance it. And even though I did all that the stress was higher than I’ve ever felt.

First off I want to say that I was very skeptical about this but said what do I have to lose to try. Mike was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Did exactly as the directions stated to the T with the exact supplies listed. Won’t lie, it is a tedious and excruciating process but trust the process!! The key to ensuring that you pass is to also stop smoking while doing the Mike Macujo method.
